Hockey Day Camp (on-ice only) $450

All credit card payments must be made in full. If not paying in full, all applications must include a $450 deposit.
Deposits are refundable only with medical verification and prior to June 15, 2010. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Final payment is due no later than June 15th. You will receive confirmation by mid June including information on what to bring to camp.
